Today we are glad to welcome a new group of students from Belgium, Austria, and Italy. In a week some more students from Estonia will join us. Moreover, we have five students from Belgium, so we are sure, these students will find much in common :) Some of our guests are going to take part in the 2 week Russian courses, others in the 4 week course.

Winter Russian Courses“The schedule of the Russian lessons was great. The grammar exercises were well-chosen. I can say that I had great progress in learning the Russian language. I didn’t expect to get so many different study materials. My host family was extremely nice and I had a great time. So I think that the organization of the program was really great. I’m glad about my program concerning my Russian language skills.” Russia in winter looks like a land from a fairy-tale! This season is special here because of plenty of winter open-air activities. Go ski, skate, snowboard, toboggan…whatever. Almost everything is possible here! … And of course, Russian learning is not an exception to the rule!
All levels are offered: from beginners to the third certificate level.

This individual Russian language 2-week intensive course is specially designed for the businessmen whose professional interests are connected with Russia. Qualified and professional teachers will help you succeed in learning Business Russian in a short amount of time. Basic or the first certificate level of Russian is required.
The standard Business Russian course includes 60 hours per 2 weeks. The duration of the course could be longer if necessary. You are welcome to put the dates of classes which are most convenient to you all year round.

This program is intended for anyone who is looking for intensive language training in a small group (2-3 students). Classes take place from Monday to Friday and there are 20 classes of 45 minutes each per week.
Course “Easy Russian”, elementary level
This Russian language course is designed for people who have learned a minimum of 100 language hours or who have studied before. Emphasis is laid on conversation on everyday themes, pronunciation, basic grammar, and understanding of simple texts (oral and written). The instructions are given in Russian with minimum English.
Course "Let's speak Russian", basic level This intensive Russian language course is intended for people who have studied Russian for 300 hours and want to activate and improve their Russian language skills.
Emphasis is laid on conversation on everyday themes, pronunciation, basic grammar, and understanding of simple texts (oral and written). The instructions are given in Russian with minimum English. Curriculum is here
Course "Easy about difficult things", first certificate level This intensive Russian language course is intended for people who have studied Russian for 900 hours and want to activate and improve their Russian language skills. Emphasis is laid on improvement of listening and speaking skills and essential grammar. The instructions are given in Russian. Curriculum is here
Course "About Russia and Russians in Russian", second certificate level. This intensive Russian language course is intended for people with a good practical knowledge of Russian who have studied Russian for 1200 hours. Emphasis is laid on reading and speaking skill improvement, understanding of radio and TV programs, films, conversation on different social and cultural themes, reading of modern and classical Russian literature, and enlarging special vocabulary. This course is ideal for Slavic students - even for those who have studied Russian for awhile. Dates in 2011: January 10 – January 21

Apply This 2-month unique Russian language course is perfect for people who want to take the Russian language course and participate in a volunteer project. Staying with a Russian host family will absolutely improve your Russian language and participating in cultural activities will give you a real idea about Russia, its history, people, and traditions.
The language course lasts for one month; classes take place from Monday to Friday.
The volunteer project lasts for one more month; work takes place from Monday to Friday (5 hours a day). Participating in the volunteer project is the perfect way to master your Russian for free. You can choose which field to volunteer in:
1) Creating cultural projects - preparing and organizing cultural activities aimed at acquainting Russian youth with foreign countries;
2) Working with children - acquainting children with foreign countries - cooking, sports, music, and computer classes;
3) Assisting in a library - scanning rare books and translation work.
This course is for highly motivated people seeking for the individual tuition to make fast progress in the Russian language. This course is entirely tailor-made to fit your needs. Lessons are taught by qualified Russian language teachers.

This Russian language course is specially designed for students who study Russian as their major. The course is focused on developing communicative skills. We have a good experience in hosting Slavist students from USA, Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, and Finland. We welcome individual students and the organized groups (recommended group size is 6 people).
Our teachers will design the special study course for the group according to their wishes and level. The levels that are offered: from basic to the third certificate level. We offer 8 week courses. They are 20 classes of 45 minutes each per week.
